Welcome!
I’m so glad you’ve found your way to my page.
If you believe that complex ideas can be presented clearly, visually, and engagingly — you’re in exactly the right place.
My passion is turning complexity into clarity. I use visual thinking and collaborative methods to create understanding, build connections, and help people reach a shared perspective. Whether it’s a seminar, teamwork session, or meeting — visuals help ideas take shape.
I’m a creator of visual summaries and a team development facilitator whose work is grounded in purpose, participation, and clear communication.
I hold a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the Estonian University of Life Sciences, where I developed systems thinking and spatial imagination. I’ve worked as a planner in a design company and am a co-founder of OÜ RootMotion. Since 2014, I’ve been involved with Tartu Art School in various roles — starting as a project manager and now working as a continuing education coordinator. I also teach creative entrepreneurship and design thinking to students and school teams.
Team development has become an integral part of my work thanks to the team coaching techniques I learned at Tiimiakatemia in Finland. I actively apply these methods both in teaching and in supporting teams.
My journey into visual thinking began thanks to my mentor Deniss Jeršov, who opened the door to this fascinating world. Since then, I have continuously developed my skills through both practice and international training courses, including:
Visual Thinking and Sketchnoting Boot Camp – Yuri Malishenko
Sketchnoting: Communicate with Visual Notes – Eva-Lotta Lamm
Sketchnoting: Drawing as a Communication Tool – Scriberia
Visual Thinking: Organize and Present Powerful Ideas – Hermen Lutje Berenbroek
Today, I create visual summaries for seminars and meetings, and I facilitate workshops where teams learn how drawing can help them think better, communicate more clearly, and find creative solutions.
If you’re inspired by visual thinking, collaborative learning, and finding clarity in complex processes — get in touch, and let’s create something meaningful together.
